Fire pit burning permits can be purchased at City Hall during normal business hours.
First time permit holders must have fire pit inspected by Fire Chief or Assistant Fire Chief
prior to obtaining a permit. Please call one of the numbers above to schedule an inspection. Thank you.

EMERGENCY SIREN UPDATE
The City of Oconto Falls emergency siren is in need of repairs and updates. The parts have been ordered and the estimated time for this to be finished is about 12 days. We apologize for the inconvenience of not having the emergency siren.
As a reminder, emergency sirens are primarily designed to alert individuals outdoors to the imminent danger of a tornado or severe thunderstorms. They are not meant to be heard indoors. While sirens can be helpful, they should not be the sole source of severe weather alerts. People should also use NOAA Weather Radio, local media, and smartphone apps for more detailed and timely information.
