Run For The Trails

Greetings from the Oconto Falls Area Chamber of Commerce,

On Saturday, September 28, 2019, we will be hosting the 5th annual “Run for the Trails” event.  This timed, half marathon, 10k run, and 5k run/walk event will start and finish at ST Paper Stadium and take runners on a tour of our beautiful city, including the Panther Path, the Fitness Trail, and the new West Side Beach trail.

The Oconto Falls Area Chamber of Commerce has been a driving force for community improvements, including a trail system throughout our area.  Through participation and sponsorship of this event, your business will reach new and existing customers, invest in the trail system, and promote health and wellness in our area.

The City of Oconto Falls has recently received a Wisconsin Healthy Community Designation award. The “Run for the Trails” event played an important role in receiving such an outstanding award. This distinguished award is presented to limited cities across Wisconsin. Oconto Falls received a bronze level because of our efforts to improve community safety and fitness. We are extremely proud of this achievement; no other city north of Appleton received this award. Together we can build and maintain our healthy community.

Please help make a difference in our community by contributing to this great cause that will draw in tourists for years to come.

Thank you for considering this opportunity.

Sincerely,

Gail Yatso President
